Mornington Peninsula Pinot producers will gather by the sea at our annual Labour Day weekend showcase to taste a range of Pinots along with local food to purchase and live music add to the festive vibe.  A wonderful range of wines will be available to taste and to enjoy by the sea. The annual Piers & Pinots Yacht Race, conducted by the Flinders Yacht Club, will also be run during the long weekend (conditions/weather permitting).

Mornington Peninsula Piers & Pinots is an all weather event, held at Flinders foreshore adjacent to the pier. Tickets are $50 per person and each ticket includes a complimentary Riedel tasting glass, tasting notes and all wine tastings between 12noon - 3pm.

This year's stellar line up of wineries will be:  Baillieu Vineyard, Dexter, Elgee Park, Handpicked Wines, Kyberd Hills, Manton's Creek, Miceli, Montalto, Nazaaray Estate, Ocean Eight, Paringa Estate, Portsea Estate, Pt. Leo Estate, Quealy Winemakers, Rahona Valley, Red Hill Estate, Stonier, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Tucks, Willow Creek, Yabby Lake and Yal Yal Estate.

There will be delicious food available to purchase from the ever popular The Flying Calamari Brothers, Greek Masa and Red Hill Cheese with coffee from Brew Up Bar.

Mornington Peninsula is uniquely situated with 3 breezes delivered via Port Phillip Bay, Western Port and Bass Strait. The effect creates ideal conditions for the region's pinots - wines with outstanding flavors, balanced natural acidity and fine tannins.  This event has been held annually on the Sunday of the Victorian Labour Day long weekend, since 2002 and is a very popular wine event.
